How do you make yourself remember to do them? I have been SOO unsuccessful at doing them consistently. OF course I will do them now that I am writing this... but I don't know if that means I will do, say, two more sets today or not.

What are your tips or tricks to remember to do them?

That makes me so glad to know I'm not the only one. I keep worrying that I will have major problems during delivery due to my inconsistency, tho Mr Toona assures me there's nothing to worry over.

I've been bad about this, too. I find kegels kind of uncomfortable, to be honest! I've heard that doing them at red lights is a good way to stay on top of them. Just a habit to work on - plenty of time!!

I'm so bad about doing them! When I was throwing up every day, I would routinely pee my pants at the same time. Oh, the joys of motherhood
When I feel like I have to sneeze, I have to sit down to keep from peeing a little bit. It sucks!!!!!

I will remember sometimes when I'm bored, I try to do them everytime I'm driving but they always end up getting me all hot and bothered and I have to stop doing them.
