Hey ladies. Thought that I would get this started for us today since it is almost lunch time here...
I ate okay over the weekend, but not at my best.
Breakfast:
2 eggs
2 slices of toast with honey
iced coffee with a splash of soy milk
30 oz water
oj to wash down my iron
snack:
a small heap of some fruit and cake and whipped cream thing someone brought in
Lunch (actually was):
veggie sub (no mayo or anything else, just veggies, a slice of cheese and hot peppers!)
1/2 sugar cookie
Snack:
apple
Dinner (was):
fresh salad
cheese pizza
I must get to the grocery store, we are out of almost everything because I didn't go on Sat as planned...
