Hey ladies. Thought that I would get this started for us today since it is almost lunch time here...

I ate okay over the weekend, but not at my best.

Breakfast:
2 eggs
2 slices of toast with honey
iced coffee with a splash of soy milk
30 oz water
oj to wash down my iron

snack:
a small heap of some fruit and cake and whipped cream thing someone brought in

Lunch (actually was):
veggie sub (no mayo or anything else, just veggies, a slice of cheese and hot peppers!)
1/2 sugar cookie

Snack:
apple

Dinner (was):
fresh salad
cheese pizza

I must get to the grocery store, we are out of almost everything because I didn't go on Sat as planned...

Looks like there was no Sunday thread? It was a bad day for me! See bottom.

I will update this post throughout the day, tonight or tomorrow. I haven't even had breakfast yet (It's 9:34am here!):

~ BREAKFAST/LUNCH: 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 sm chunk chocolate, 2 tuna sandwiches (Approx. 34g Protein), 4 banana muffins

~ DINNER: Beans beans beans beans beans! Bean stew with hamburg (Approx. 31g Protein)

~ DRINKS: (4) 20oz Smart Water

~ SNACKS: cupcake (Approx. 1g Protein??)

TOTAL APPROX PROTEIN: 66g ...not so good. I'll try and grab a high protein snack before bed.


SUNDAY's MEALS:

~ BREAKFAST: Pancakes & syrup, and then later hamburger and three eggs (Approx. 44g Protein)

~ LUNCH/DINNER/SNACKS: (Birthday party most of the day) 5 deviled eggs, 2 cupcakes, piece of cheese, chips and dip, apple slice, pickle, ice cream sandwich, ritz crackers (Approx. 22g Protein)

~ DRINKS: (3) 20oz Smart Water, 12oz water, 12oz soda

TOTAL APPROX PROTEIN: 66g

Today has not been great..

B: strawberries
gluten free pancake with butter and organic peanut butter

Snack: SmartFood popcorn

Lunch: cheese and rice snaps
tortilla chips and corn/ bean salsa
2 GF cookies

Snack: (will be) gluten free rice bar

Dinner (will be) NO clue!! prob scrambled eggs, cheese , mushroom and onion

OMG. I forgot about sunday. But for Monday:
Breakfast: luna bar, orange juice, strawberries, coffee with soymilk
lunch: grilled cheese and tomato, salad
dinner: veggie burger, fries, root beer :

That is all I know for now- there are bound to be some snacks thrown in, maybe of the oreo variety... :

Breakfast: 2 eggs (over easy), whole wheat toast, OJ
snack: 2 cookies (leftover from the Shower yesterday)
Lunch: chicken salad sandwich, cottage cheese, carrot sticks
snacks: yogurt, spoonful of peanut butter, slice of cheese
Dinner: cheeseburger, fried potatoes, corn

Before bed snack: Will either be a protein smoothie or ice cream. Maybe some leftover cake, too.

here's my day...not as good as it could be. i eat when i'm hungry, but i'm a little worried i don't get hungry enough.

breakfast: high-protein cereal with 1% milk
lunch: egg salad sandwich on whole wheat bread (about 3 eggs worth)
dinner: whole wheat pasta with homemade sweet and spicy tomato-spinach sauce and a salad with chick peas and assorted veg.
snack: smoothie w/1% milk, strawberries, banana, and 2scoops protein powder (24g protein in the powder -- not including milk)
i may try to force in an apple with peanut butter later, too.

about 60oz water so far, plus a mango iced tea. i'll try to get in about 40oz more water minimum, plus an iced RRL tea, before bed.

Ack, today was awful.

Breakfast - leftover beet cake, 1 c milk (lazy!)
Snack - chocolate cupcake + neopolitan ice cream! (we were at a birthday party!)
Lunch - McChicken sandwich (ick, I so totally know--it was a craving I couldn't knock, so I gave in!), fruit & yogurt parfait
Snack - more beet cake! too much! + 1 c milk
Dinner - corn chowder + zucchini cheese muffins
Snack - 1 bowl mango chunks

Need to drink more water. And try to forget all the millions of pieces of cake I ate today.

At least the beet cake had lots of beets in it, eh? To counteract the sugar?

Today was a bit better than my post on Friday or Saturday.

Breakfast - bowl of Quaker Oatmeal Squares with Lactaid milk, large glass of water
Snack - Bowl of vanilla yogurt with raspberries added, couple handfuls of chips, medium apple, 2 large glasses of water
Lunch - Black bean/cheese burrito, large glass of water
Afternoon - 2 cups of coffee with hazelnut creamer and raw sugar, large glass of water
Dinner - Scrambled eggs with morningstar sausage and hashbrowns added, broccoli/cauliflower/carrots
Snacks - Yogurt with mini chocolate chips added, bowl of Kix cereal, Pregnancy tea

Gosh I ate a lot today! No wonder I'm gaining weight so quickly. Ugh!

Breakfast: Blackstrap Molasses Latte, maple oatmeal, 2 eggs, grapefruit
Lunch: 2 bean tacos and a bean burrito at Taco Bell
Dinner: Peach, grapes, Dal, Potatos and Basmati Rice
Snack: Cheetos

Not enough water!

cinnamon toast and 1/2 peach
decaf chai latte

Snack
oatmeal breakfast cookie
granola bar

Lunch
cheese quesadilla with salsa
root beer
OMG, that's so bad.

Snack
apple
Haagen Daz raspberry sorbet sipper at the mall (like 5 bazillion carbs)

Dinner
broccoli-cheese quiche
milk

Before bed
cereal and milk

robina - don't worry that you don't get hungry enough. It's normal for you to eat less in the last trimester. Your tummy is more smooshed than ever. Don't worry, once you're nursing, you'll be starving

For me today
B - bowl of cheerios, handful almonds
L - spinach and asparagus salad, dolmas, hummus and avocado wrap, nectarine
D - cup of pinto beans, nectarine, fritos, zucchini and potato pancakes

Today wasn't that great for me. My water consumption is way too low as is my veggie and fruit intake.

B-Scrambled eggs sprinkled with a little shredded chesse, OJ, latte
Snack-plum
L- Mac and cheese : lemonade
S-granola bar and some chex mix
D-Turkey stromboli and carrots, water

thanks for the reassurance! i've been steadily losing my appetite since a few weeks ago. sigh.
