I had terrible pubic symphysis pain in my 3rd trimester last time, and actually "dislocated" (or something) my pubic bone during birth last time and couldn't walk until the 2nd day when something kind of snapped back into place.
Anyway, I've noticed the past few days that when I get up too quickly, that same old pain comes back. It's bad -- it takes my breath away and makes me freeze for a moment until it subsides enough that I can take another step. It's worse after I take a long walk, too, which sucks because I'm trying my best to have a healthy, active pregnancy this time.
Could this pain really be coming back this early in pregnancy? I wasn't anticipating having this problem for another 5-6 months!

). You may be able to help yourself a little bit by laying on your back, having someone hold your knees together while you try to separate them (use as much muscle as you can muster) AND do a pelvic lift at the same time.
