I've lost another 6 lbs and now have 18 more to go.

I gained 48 pounds with Kaia, 13 lbs in the last three weeks - I think that was water weight though because I gained it so quickly! I lost 30 pounds the first two weeks and just now got back to my starting weight. I don't exercise too much (Once a week is mandated by my job) but I watch what I eat VERY carefully!
