Best skillet to cook eggs/crepes ?

I read on another thread about some people loving their enamel-coated cast iron skillet and/or dutch oven from Le Creuset.

Is enamel-coated cast iron skillet non-stick, and is it the best to cook foods that stick like eggs ?

TIA

The best crepe pan. I worked in the store and tried all the others. This one is the best, AND only 19 dollars.....

Ooooo, how do you season it? Just like cast iron?

We have a pan that looks just like that, and I use it for cooking many things... not just crepes. I got mine either at Target or a local kitchen store. It was cheap.

Metasequoia, I think you season it similar to how you season a wok... Clean with water- no soap, put oil on the surface after it dries to keep from rusting. It has been so long since we got the pan that I do not remember seasoning it, but it has a natural nonstick surface that built up over time.

I'm really fond of enamel coated stuff but it's not non-stick.

I'll have to look for a pan like this. Lighter than cast iron i bet!
