I totally agree with that. But be careful if they want to put her on anti-seizure meds. Research first!
I believe most readers noticed the time frame that had elapsed. Experience taught us that some reactions can show up much later. Like the latent virus SV40 which showed up 20 some years later or even in the next offspring.
So a year and a half does not sound like it could not be a vaccine reaction. Quite to the contrary imo.
But you have to do first things first and for that I would agree to see a ped. neurologist. Be involved in every aspect of it and make the final decisions yourself. Take your time. Don't rush. Think things through.
I do hope the seizures stop in meantime. I hope she outgrows them which I have read also happens.

| 2. I dont want my dd on meds but she needs to see a pediactric neurologist. She has not had her seizures evaluated yet, she has not had a single test run. We need to make sure there is no other cause to the seizures (ie. brain tumor). |

| 3. I guess I get the feeling from everyones responses that my DD has/had a vax injury which I agree with however I am questioning if the seizures are really connected. They just started. She had her last shot a year and a half ago. I am not sure if anyone caught the diffrence in dates from the first post. I did not get the feeling that anyone did. Can seizures really show up after a year and a half? |
