What can I use this for?

I made some poo-pocket diapers. They seem really huge for my 8 pound babe.

I still have an awful lot of the fabric left. I was thinking make some doublers to sell on Ebay.

Anyone have any other ideas of what I can use this fabric for? Like I said I have an awful lot left. I went a little bit over board on a co-op.:

thanks,

I have just recieved my first BKT. How many times do you typically wash this? I plan to serge it first so it's not as messy in the wash.

You could make washcloths/wipes; mama pads...i'll brainstorm more. I plan to try it out as soakers, a typical use for the BKT :LOL

You can also make clothes out of BKT, baby cardigans, hats, pants, sweatshirts, etc.

Also Poo-Pockets is a one-size diaper, you might want to try the tiny-poo-pockets version, it's made for newborns.

I jsut wash mine once on hot and dry on hot to reduce shrinkage before cutting. It doesn't make all that much lint, but it is a good idea to finish the edges before washing, I'm always too lazy to do that

I made a ton of diaper wipes with mine -- serged around with knit on one side and BKT on another. They are soft and "grip" messes really well.

I've made sets of these as baby gifts for several mamas I know, and have gotten rave reviews on them.

burley can be used to make hot pads too, or oven mits and squares cut and serged make AWESOME dish cloths My DH likes washcloths made with burley for showering as well.
You could probably come up with a huge list of things to use it for other than diaper soakers

It'll work for your poopockets - just put fewer layers in - does the pattern call for 3? Just use 2. Then if the absorbency isn't enough when babe is bigger, you can just make doublers.
