I have been seriously inactive as of late. Of course, it doesn't help that our local pool is closed for annual maintenance, plus I'm getting over a nasty cold. Anyhow, I need someone to hold me accountable! In about a week and a half, we have a new session starting at the Y, and I'm signed up for both prenatal water and prenatal yoga (1x/week each). I'm so excited! So, this coming week, I think I need to start doing more to ease into it. I'm thinking walking.

I really need to just get over it and force myself to do it. I used to jog but now I walk very fast on an incline for 35 minutes.
