I know that a lot of people think that Aajunus Vonderplanitz is a little extreme sometimes (including me sometimes- heehe!) but I do honestly think he knows what he is talking about. He DID cure himself of cancer by food alone. His story is very inspiring. Dh and I didn't have what it takes to follow his way of eating completely, but we did promise ourselves that if we ever found out we had cancer, that is exactly what we would do. We have both of the books. You can take what you want from them, but they do have good info. He also does consultations over the phone for a certain amount of money.
The man really DID cure himself of cancer after the doctors had failed and tried everything and screwed him up to no end. He is super healthy now. http://www.wewant2live.com/site/811618/ |

I would also do something like Vonderplanitz's diet if I was diagnosed with a serious illness like cancer. I think you have to be extreme when you are extremely ill.

Well, most people think my diet is extreme and I just do TF! The AV diet is "extreme" compared to what most people eat, I guess. I really like sushi/raw fish so that is appealing but raw beef is still and issue for me. I am just at the point where I can it it cooked meduim...and that is a huge step
I will start eating raw liver when it it done freezing for 14 days though.I am interested in finding some Scandinavian raw/fermented fish recipes out of curiosity of what my great-granparents ate. Jen |
