What should I ask when talking to the seller about their meat?

I have found someone in my homeschool group that sells cow meat....they raise them. I am going to call her and find out more but I already know they are grass fed, and use no hormones, steroids, and antibiotics. What are the most important questions to ask?

Some people supplement their cattle's feed with commercial pellets. Yesterday, I was at a local dairy and the farmer gives his cows some of these pellets when they are milked. He said that his pellets were locally produced from all natural ingredients but that most farmers used the cheap ones from the USA that contained genetically modified soy. So that is something to ask about.
