I think I might be the odd one out here judging by another thread - do you clean the toilet (and/or floor around it) more or less often than the bathroom sink?

Cleaning for this is defined as going near it with a cloth, whether cleaning products are involved or not.

I clean our bathroom sink every day. It serves multiple purposes, including for washing out pet bowls. As part of the process of washing out the sponge I use for the pet bowls, I sprinkle around baking soda and clean the sink and surrounding counter. Doing it every day makes it no big deal - nothing has ever been there long enough to require elbow grease.

The toilet gets done once or twice each week.

Oh the toilet for sure. It gets peed in, for cryin in the night! I hate cleaning it but I hate it worse if it's not wiped daily and scrubbed weekly (or twice weekly).

The sink just doesn't get that level of need. I probably wipe it once or twice a week.

We have a chrome faucet that DH *constantly* spits toothpaste on. not to mention the whiskers he SUPPOSEDLY rinses... so I do the sink daily (or almost daily) and the toilet a little less than that. We have a toilet tank thingie to help with that... you know, one of those flushie things that releases some bleach or something with every flush.

I voted sink. But now that I think of all the misplaced urine I wipe off of the toilet seat, maybe sink and toilet are even.

sink way more often. dd is really messy with the toothpaste.

Everyone here is very good with the toilet, I would assume those with boys might need to do the toilet more often.

I clean both equally. Part of my daily routine is to give both bathrooms a "quick clean". This involves cleaning the toilet, the sink, the counter directly around the sink. I have a thing about bathrooms being cleaned really frequently

They get cleaned the same. When I clean the bathroom, I do tub, sink, and toilet all together.

Sink. I wipe it down every night. Somehow the kids always manage to smear toothpaste all over.

I clean the toilet once a week (or as needed).

They both get done when I clean the bathroom. About once a week sometimes a little less. :
