SMJAE will be closed indefinitely starting on the 22nd, I believe.

I don't feel like I should go into personal details, but you can see on her site that there is a problem going on
www.smjae.com

I, personally, am religious and will be praying for her - perhaps anyone else so inclined could also remember her in your prayers - or just your thoughts?

Let's just say that God will know what is wrong.

She is SUCH a kind WAHM.

I realize this is probably not *exactly* diapering related - but she's definitely known by this crowd and not the MDC crowd, so can we please leave it here?

This thread is getting long, so I'm editing to quote Linda (detergentdiva) - this is the email from Michelle explaining what is going on:

I just received this email from Michelle. She has asked me to post it to this thread so there is no speculation as to what is going on.
As you can see all the prayers are much appreciated.

About 5 days postpartum and after all the swelling I had started to go
down I found a lump on the side of my left leg. Thinking it might be a
blood clot I called the OB and he didn't feel it was just from the way I
was explaining it but he said if I felt concerned to go to the ER. Well I
opted to
wait and went to the GP on Monday, he had no idea what it was and said
to wait 2 wks and come back, I opted to show it to my OB instead and he
sent me for an ultrasound on the lump. With no conclusion he sent me to
another doctor, who also had no clue and sent me for a MRI and then
referred me
to an orthopedic tumor specialist. She doesn't know what it is but is
concerned with the size of the lump and the initial ultrasound report
stating that it looks like a solid mass. So I am scheduled for surgery
on the 24th to determine what it is. If it looks like a
cancer she will just do a biopsy and then close it back up and give me
necessary treatments. If it is not she will try to remove the entire
tumor on the 24th and
send me on my way. So at this point it is all a wait and see kind of
thing.

So your Prayers are definitely appreciated but please don't fret at this
point. We don't know what it is but it is all in God's hands and no
amount of worry will change anything. You are all like a family to me
and I do appreciate you all so much. Hopefully this will turn out to
nothing and I will be back up and running in no time. Thank you so much
for you kindness and your prayers.

With lots of love,
Michelle

Oh, no! Poor Michelle! I will definitely be keeping her in my thoughts and prayers!
Yep, she said not to worry about her, but prayers, of course . . . are welcome.
Michelle is sucha sweetie! I'll definitely be praying that God gives her whatever she needs right now.
She can definitely use some prayers right now for all those who pray, or add a few thoughts for those who don't.
She really is a sweet person and she has a full plate right now.

Would placing an order at this point be helpful to her, or an inconveinience? I was just thinking of ordering, but I don't want to add to her load if something heavy is going on. But if it would help, maybe I'll place it now, before she closes.

Sandra Dee, you know what's up, what do you think? Either way I am sending positive thoughts her way.

XM, she would not at all mind if you placed an order right now . . . she is staying busy, but just isn't going to be available much next week - so place it soon.
Yup what Heather said, go ahead and place the order.
Also, I forwarded the link to this thread to her, she will be touched to read it.
Well I'm perpelxed but she's one of the nicest wahmammas I ever dealt with, and I still have mostly SMJAE wipes after all I'll be sending off positive thoughts.

I'm glad she had you post that, when I was talking to her on the phone, I told her everyone over here was worried and she told me the story, but just said to tell everyone not to worry.

IT IS MUCH BETTER when something can be said . . . and it helps us know how to pray for her!

Thanks for the post, Linda! I was so worried when I read the thread.

Keeping you in my thoughts all the way over in NZ Michelle! I use my SMJAE hemp doublers every day, (such good quality!) and every time I pop one in a pocket dipe I'll pop some healthy vibes your way. Best wishes.
