Other uses for the Heineken keg?

We bought one of the new Heineken kegs for the opening of football season this past weekend (woop, woop ). It is made of steel and is recyclable but it seems like such a sturdy can that I hate to just get rid of it. It seems like it could be re-purposed into some groovy things...I just can't think of any off the top of my head. Has anyone here found another use for them? I did some Googling and it looks like some people take them camping to boil water in...which is cool, but I have no idea how I would get the top of the can off.

What does it look like? I saw a house that had flowers planted in half a keg the other day. Like how some people put them in those half barrel planters. Personally, I thought it looked kind of funny but I guess they are putting it to use! But that was a regular beer keg, I'm guessing yours is smaller?

To get the top off, couldn't you just saw through it with a hacksaw? (Or whatever saw that is that cuts metal.)

We used ours for change. It's good because it is very very hard to rob, requiring a screw driver. But it doesn't take quarters, which we usually use up on meters anyway.

How did you make the opening large enough to get the money in?

You know, I just saw a commercial for this, and it looks like they changed the keg design. Does it have a plastic top thing? If so, I would try to dislodge it and their should be a slightly smaller than quarter sized hole under there. In mine, that's where the air valve was.
