Can i refuse to vaccinate myself for college?

I am looking into entering a practical nursing program in the fall. One of the requirements is to be up to date on the MMR vax and to begin the Hep B before entering the program. I had the MMR shot at age 12. Should that cover me, or will I likely be expected to get another?
Can i be denied entry into the program if I refuse? Also can i be turned down for a job in healthcare based on my immunization status?

I only had one dose M & one MR as a toddler & that was fine with my school. Regardless of vax status, the pedi hospital I went to work at required preservice titers for those, cx pox & hep B. If the school harrasses you about only 1 dose, I'd sure have titers done because you may well have acceptable antibody levels without a 2nd dose anyhow. As for hep B, I don't know about that one & nursing schools. Our medical facilities have to offer it to staff but you just sign off on a consent form that you're declining. I'd be surprised if they weren't asking for a PPD too.
