On last thing - I really recommend reading "The complete Organic Pregnancy" and "Do you want to have a baby?" by Sarah Abernathy and Linda Page. The first book made me SO paranoid about my house that we gave away all our pots and pans except the cast iron, and I even ended up sewing a new shower curtain from some hemp fiber material I had gotten a year ago. The second book is were I got a lot of info on the herbs and supplements, but I've always been an amateur herbalist so I'm familiar with the herbs they recommend. Good luck!!

I have been having incredibly vivid baby- birthing dreams lately, and dh says absolutelynopenomoreareyoucrazy?, so I had to stop by and spread baby dust just in case I can transfer fertile dreams.

I doubt anyone here is as old as I am( a bit over 44)...so you all would be better served by my wow-vivid dreams.

And if my friend D is reading this...you get double extra... .

All of you--- !

Wow, triana1326...TY! Those are great lists. I had a sneaking suspicion those were a la Linda Rector Page. I've loved her natural healing books and have used one edition or another for years. She gives great herbal/nutritional advice.

Where do you get your Crystal Star stuff?
Triana,
Thank you! You are so thorough. I love it.

One small addition... I've also read that carrots are good for helping create fertile cervical mucus. Baby carrots and hummus anyone?
Thanks for the compliments. My DH thinks I'm a bit overboard with the lists and all the supplements - but I WANT A BABY!!! I get my Crystal Star stuff at the local health food store. They're great about special ordering if I need something not on the shelves. Just remember to do your own research into these herbs - some may have side effects with other meds or health issues. And although I made my own lists, the info came mostly from the two books I listed in the previous post. I really recommend reading them...

Could someone really spell it out to me how to take RRL tea? From CD1 to O? Or during luteal phase? Or throughout the cycle? I´m gonna get some and wanna do it right!
I have 1 cup of RRL tea every day all through my cycles.
How about others, how do you take your RRL tea or how are you supposed to take it?

I bought mine today from a health shop but it only says "raspberry leaves". It was the only raspberry tea there, but is that wrong as it´s missing the word "red"?

P.S. The owner told me it´s very important that I now put the whole TTC out of my mind as if you obsess about it your system can get all "locked". Easily said!

clomid and herbs

first...babydust everyone :

i'm taking clomid. can i also use the RRL tea or the EPO? also, do you take EPO all the way through or just through O?

thanks so much,

Yes it can! I´m having a glass a day and hate it, but am getting used to it a bit I´m not sure if I´ll stop taking it after O, just like green tea(?). (Which I also have) Love my raspberry (red or what?!) leaf tea though! Yummy with honey! I´m not sure if I´ll stop taking that after O.

Funny this, when TTC DD I was oblivious to all these herbs and vitamins and any other thing to help you conceive and bang 1st month Well, let´s hope they help.

BTW, could green tea or raspberry leaf tea change the colour of you pee drastically? Mine has changed to very bright/neon-like yellow and I don´t think I´ve ever had it. I´m not pregnant, can´t be that, I did a test even after AF arrived ´cause my boobs have been fuller. Silly me.

Celina, just wondering...what does this mean exactly? Like obsessing tenses you up in a subtle but significant way...? When it takes so long, this is hard. I wonder where the fine line is between obsessing and trying to help make things more fertile-friendly.
