Can someone recommend me a PVC/Vinyl Free Baby Bathtub? I have no luck yet finding it. Thank you very much...

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

Have you looked at stainless steel bowls/containers at all? Not sure where you'd go to find that, and they probably wouldn't be sold as baby bathtubs, but they would work.
We always just used the sink - either the bathroom sink or the kitchen sink. And then once they were too big for the sink, I would get in the tub and bathe with the baby.

We didnt use the plastic tubs either. We either used the sink, or a special bath pillow laid in the tub, or just stuck them in the bath with us.
I always found the tubs when I used them with my oldest, a pain. Plus it was just another piece of clutter I had to fins a place to store.

I find it easier to shower with ds. Plus he likes to grab a little snack while he's bathing. The water really relaxes both of us.
I always found the tub to be awkward and quickly outgrown.

and if anyone wins the lottery and wants to buy me the soaking one

I really liked the small tub, once they got bigger and could sit up by themselves could bring it in another room and keep eye on the little ones while I got work done, -always save mopping until after they are done though
I still use a bucket not regular baby tub inside the big tub even now, saves on water and if you want to be extra frugal can keep the water to flush with, our water is low here so every little drop really helps

Look for dishpans, which are usually made of polyethylene. It may specify that, or more specifically LDPE or HDPE. "Plastic" may be PE or PVC or something else. Rubbermaid is a big brand.

Hit the local feed store and pick up one of those rubber feed bowls for animals. Bonus - unlike the plastic baby tubs its soft if baby bonks his head on the side. Plus it should run about $30.
I never used my sink cause I never in my life seem to catch up with the dirty dishes. We had no bathtub until my son was 2. I was given a baby tub so we used that but I would have hit the feed store for a non plastic one if I had had to buy one.
