I wanna see the fancy soaps you all are making!

Mine are pretty simple and look like this

I use natural herbs and spices and essential oils to color and scent them.

Sometiems i use fragrance oils, but not too much.

Chanley does really cool stuff and I've seen Abimommy's but i want to see more pictures!!!

Umm that soap is too pretty to use LaLa. I am beginning to wonder why I participate on this board... it is making me want to do way more crafts than I ever have the time for!! I never even considered soap making and now I am scheming

I got some soap from LaLa in a trade....yeah they look great, but just wait until you smell them OMG they smell sooooooo good!!!!

Ok, now..these are some of my early pics. I really liked scanning the soaps that turned out well...not so good (see alien brain soap) cause it amused me and made others laugh too..

I will try and scan my more recent soaps tomorrow (now that I have lots of practice at screwing them up. ) they are much nicer these days..

A good deal of these are hot process.. I had just started cold process when I scanned these. I have been doing cold process for over a year now if that tells you how old these are...LOL

The alien brain one is a hot process screw up and the minty poo one is a cold process mess up.

If the alien brain soap hadn't of stunk so bad I would have handed it out as gifts. :LOL I thought it was kind of cool looking.

The soap was originally a pinkish color the overheating caused the green bits.

I did hand out the minty poo soap, eerr..well not as gifts..I call it "product testing" or "hey want some soap?" and everyone loved it despite its poo like appearence.

I am so thrilled you liked it. Did I tell you Dh got me a fancy mold?? woo woo!

I haven't made soap in moths, been focusing on dyeing.. I need to make MORE!! I got all excited again just looking at these pictures! THANKS for the inspiration, ladies!!
