Feeling emotional/weepy already!

I'm normally NOT a crier...I'm kind of a tough girl/tom boy for the most part. But when I'm pregnant, OMG. Everything gets me all choked up. So even though I'm only 4 weeks, I'm already seeing this! In fact, the first indication I had that I might be pregnant was that I cried watching the Sound of Music.

Share your stories of getting weepy over silly things!

Sounds normal to me!

I cried over "Love Story". Like, um, SOBBING.

I've already had like 4 or 5 crying spells. One was so bad that poor DH had to get out of bed and help me calm down I'm also finding that whenever I get emotional about something (which is like, every hour) my milk lets down! What a mess!

I don't think I've seen that. What is it?

But oh, when the Captain tells Maria that he can't marry the Baronness, because "You can't marry someone....when you're in love with someone else.".... swoon! :

LoL, we were watching Arthur (PBS) today, and one of the kids in it, his family was adopting a little girl from China. And it made me cry, because he was so excited to be a big brother......

I cry over everything. Other people's posts make me cry all the time.

Now that I am thinking about crying it makes me want to cry. :

Well, whatever you do, don't think about the scene where all the pets come home in Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey, and the kids are all "Chance! Shadow! Sassy! You came BACK!" ....

That made me cry when I wasnt pregnant so I can't imagine now...

I lost it today watching some talk show on mothers that yelled at their kids. There was a little boy with a heart defect and his mom was screaming at him for playing with his shoe laces : I cried so hard I work DS up (he was sleeping on me). thats what I get for watching tv eh?

Yep, I've been really weepy too. And I'm also not usually a crier in any way!

OMG too funny you mentioned this!!! I watched this for the first time about 5 years ago and I cried for an hour straight...no joke! And I certainly wasn't pregnant!! As for now...Yup, I'm an emotional mess. My Dh just laughs- he'll turn to me while we're sitting on the couch to ask me a question and I have tears running down my cheeks over a commercial I've just watched...I can't help it. My son just gives me a hug everyone thinks I'm a basket case:

The first indication that I had I was pregnant was that I cried while watching Independence Day - the one with Will Smith and the aliens -seriously.

I am a bit of a crier anyway but when I'm pregnant the floodgates OPEN.

Maybe I was crying over the realization that I will never have Will Smith...:
