TMI about my bottom.

Gonna go ahead and throw my major TMI question out there...

Why are my fissures already back? I'm only 4 weeks, drinking tons of water, not constipated at all. I guess I'm not getting enough fiber? Just curious if it was normal for these to pop back up as soon as the pregnancy hormone entered my bloodstream. I haven't had a problem with them since the few months after my DS was born in 05.

Anything I can do to make them better?

Same here

My guess is it could be the iron in the pre-natals but I'd like any input on this too.

LOL Christine, I guess we are the only ones here in our TMI land. Guess we need to up the fiber? YUM.

Unfortunately for me, you are not alone. My BM's have been normal, but YEEOWWCH!! I may need a new bottle of witch hazel soon.

I'm sorry Pam! So Witch hazel helps? Do you just pat it on with a little cotton pad?

I started eating some Kashi fiber and protein cereal I found at the store and it seems to have gotten a little better. I've been trying to drink more water, too.
