My MIL gave us DH's old Radio Flyer wagon. She said she had sanded and repainted it. It looked nice at first, but we've left it in our backyard and it's full of rush and looks awful. How should I go about rehabing it -- but so that it will last? Also, how can I find out if the paint (it's at least 30 yo) is lead-based? TIA!
