Mrs. Jesus,
Good for you.
Have you happened to see my two Working and Pumping spiels? One is primarily on supply issues (including EBM conservation) and the other is on my Pumping/Cleaning at work/Transporting/Storage, etc. A re-hash of both of those is contained in the "sticky" at the top of the BF'ing challenges board. My two posts in that thread are 5 & 6.
If you think she would be receptive you can either email her again and direct her to that sticky/thread. Or I can go through, clean it up --perhaps update them to include a couple of miscellaneous tips I've learned since then-- and make sure the links are updated and include my tips on updating the links if they become inactive.

You did a great thing. I'd like to help you empower her if you don't think it would be too pushy.
There are a couple of things in particular I try to emphasize for Working & Pumping (W&P) moms. Not only is production important but minimizing waste and EBM conservation is critical. I strongly encourage W&P moms to familiarize themselves with the Kellymom storage guidelines which allow much more flexibility (and waste minimization) than mixed formulad does. I also urge them (and their Daycare Providers) to read the Kellymom article on "Bottlefeeding the Breastfed Baby" which gives tips that discourage "defensive swallowing", which also decreases waste.
I could go on but if you are so inclined check out the link and PM me if you'd like me to clean those up for easier reading. I fully recognize they can create information overload because I erred on the side of giving all the info I could, so moms could pick and choose what might be helpful for them.
Thanks for helping the cause.
