What are some good tasting ways to add fiber? Are any supplements worth taking?

Thanks

Mmmmmmm....I don't know if it's "good" or not, but I love lentil soup, or dahl with brown rice, or bean salad. If I eat much of any of those I become aware of the fibre.

I was going to suggest the same thing-lentils! Sometimes I am not so great at cooking them, so I go to the local indian restaurant and pick up carry out!

But all legumes have lots of fiber beans, lentils, chick peas in stews, soups, etc. Whole food makes a yummy 'dal' burger. Edamame or soybeans also have a lot of fiber.

I eat tons of beans & veggies. Some fruit too. Flax & Fiber Crunch Cereal is good also! 10 grams of fiber per serving and 9 grams of protein, I believe.

Hi, Rach
I also wanted to add a friend told me to squat while going #2. It really does help. I just put my feet up on my sons stepping stool. (we're almost there with the potty training)

Besides the whole wheat none of the high fiber foods sound good. My husband wouldn't let me near beans right now. (I've got the preggo gas)
