Happy Milestone!

Thread Starter
I'm only 2 pounds under my pre-pregnancy weight! 2 more pounds to go!!!

I hope to make it by the end of this week...and then gain a pound a week for the rest of this pregnancy.

Now, before those of you who are having normal, healthy-weight-gaining pregnancies flame me or decide that you hate me forever...let me just tell you that I'm a "big, fine woman!" I'm 5'8" tall and my healthy, normal weight is around 150.

Before this pregnancy, I weighed 190 lbs... I was still trying to lose the weight that I gained while on Zoloft (that I took for treatment of PPD after dd2's birth).

Anyway, just thought I'd share my happy milestone. I lost so much from the hyperemesis and then had a really hard time gaining it back...

Go Jessica!!! No slamming here, I know how sick you've been so that is awesome

Yay!! Great job, mama!

That's awesome!!! Good for you Jessica! (I gained 12 lbs. in one month on Prozac for ppd after dd2, so I know how you feel. I promptly quit taking it when I realized how much weight I was gaining.)

good for you! yay! trying to gain can and often is just as hard (or harder) than trying to lose.. I understand! I ma so glad you are at a healthy weight

Congrats Jessica! :-)

I was a fellow hyperemesis sufferer and am now at about 5 pounds above my PP weight. I wasn't sick for as long as you though!

I know this has been a struggle for you -- glad to hear that you're getting back to where you should be! Hyperemesis does NOT sound like a fun way to lose weight.

That's good news-way to go!
