I don't mean to whine...but I need to vent. I am just huge...it hurts to walk. Everytime I take a step not only does my back hurt, but the sides of my belly hurt as well. It is like the muscles that support the belly are screaming "NO MORE!!". My belly feels like a tight drum.

As a first time mom-to-be I have not experienced this before...please tell me I am not alone.

I am ready....so ready....send labor vibes....pleeeeeeeeaaaase.: : :

My first was huuuuuuuuge........ I was so huge that I had to go to the hospital for a class @ 32 wks, and I was waiting for dh to bring the car around, and another pregnant woman said "are they sending you home too".. I was confused and she said "oh are you not in real labor"... I was so big, she thought I was term: .. My belly was everywhere.. I was big w/ this pg, but since he was anterior, his shape was different, and I was bigger in the front than the sides.

Just hang in there mama... Your babymoon will be out soon.

People have been asking me if I'm over my due date for more than 2 months, so boy do I sympathize! I had lunch today with a friend I hadn't seen in a while, and she referred to me as someone who has comical pregnancies... I look like a cartoon drawing of a pregnant woman, not someone who should actually be able to stand upright.

This is no comfort, but the 2 things I've learned are: 1. If you think you can't possibly get any bigger, you're probably about to be proven wrong, and 2. Eventually you won't be pregnant any more (well, at least that was true with my first kid, I'm not yet believing it this time around!)

Hang in there! And ELV as soon as possible.

Oh my, I say this aloud every single day. I am huge! My first pregnancy was one of those cute smaller sized bellies, manageable, comfortable, oy. This one, I am huge, and have been for what feels like months now. I've been hoping for the birth any day now for like 3 weeks though, so have finally settled into this feeling of, gee, maybe in anotehr week or two? But, I'm huge and uncomfortable. I feel soooooooooo incredibly out of shape due to the discomfort of moving around (which is not like me at all). I can't wait to have my body back, even though I know it won't quite be the same one or anything. Oh, let me thank you for letting me join in your vent!
