I am seven weeks pg conceiving directly after miscarrying twins at 13 weeks. I just began to have bright red bleeding two hours ago with cramping, but I have been crampy throughout this entire pregnancy. I also have a fever of 38C.

The ER doc said to lay down with no activity for the next 12 hours and it may be a decidual bleed. What are the likelihoods of this being the case?
