Diaper Rash HELP!!

What is that magic mix for diaper rash....I remember it had milk of magnesia and a few other things.....we've got a horrible looking butt here and a poor little boy screaming.....HELP!!!

I don't know anything about a magic mix.......I used Weleda! Loved it more than anything!

dont know the magic mix but enven though I am usually not running to the dr for every little thing , my dd did get a yeast rash a few times and the dr gave me a special ointment. just wanted you to know.

I see corn starch and milk of magnesia is a popular remedy. (mixed equally into a paste)
or
mixture of Cornstarch, Milk of Magnesia, and Desitin (I cover dipes in fleece liner when using this non-CD friendly cream). (You can also use Balmex). Mix until it forms a creamy whip, then apply directly on the rash. I did this at each changing. Coat it well.
