for AIO's? I am looking at some cotton terry velour fabric but it is $8.50 a yard. I'm thinking that would be good for the innermost layer that will be against the baby's skin. 1mlPUL for the outer waterproof layer. But what about int between? baby terry? flannel? Thanks!

I have one diaper with a velor layer next to the baby's skin and it is heavenly. I personally would go with it, even at $8.50 a yard. You should be able to get quite a few diapers out of a yard as long as you just use it for that one layer.

Is it straight cotton velour or terry velour? At $8.50 a yard, you can get real (softer) velour for cheaper here: http://www.chloetoesboutique.com/sto...Yes&Thumbs=100
And here:

There's less of a color selection at the second link, but you can also get birdseye, hemp, and flannel for the interior part.
My favorites are birdseye and hemp, but I only use hemp on external soakers so that I can be sure they get clean. HTH!!!

Ok, if this link works, this is the fabric I was looking at. It actually a sherpa terry knit. Is it any good? Otherwise I think I'll go with it or the velour. Thanks!
