Ds#1 (6) and I found this website today. We had used pattern blocks to fill in different animal shapes, wrote down how many of each shape we used for each animal, and then plugged the numbers in here - Create a Graph. We printed out bar graphs, line graphs, and a pie chart. 
Just thought I'd pass it along ... it is a fun and easy way to graph data for visual learners and you can really customize it to fit your data/graph.
