Yeah, I gotta get off this dang computer and continue rearranging the baby's room! It is a vicious circle though- I have unfinished wood curtain rods that need to be primed but I don't feel like running out for the primer, so therefore the curtains are not getting hung. We are without a crib mattress so I can't set that up, and I am (obviously) not going to swap bureaus by myself so that is not getting done either.

I'm in forced nesting mode...just worked out a deal with a friend to watch her 16 mo old stepdaughter for $100 a week. (We sooo need the money and this will be a real help!) But, the house is a sty!! I have to get it all presentable TONIGHT!! And I'm on the computer??!! WHAT IS MY PROBLEM?

I have never planned this much in my whole life! So much to do, not just for baby but normal living and the holidays and this is our hardest homeschooling year yet! Not to mention I am still unpacking. LOL

I just texted a friend who has a dresser he is cutting down so I can use the top as a changing table. I asked if it would be done soon as I need to work on cloths and need some place to put them and the "ready" diapers. LOL Turns out he is super busy and might not have time before he deploys so I think I am going to add dresser/changing table to my to get list and some how to budget.

toooooo much to do and me all alone

Girl, I don't know how you do it alone. Being a homeschooling mama is HARD - and my son is only a kindergartner.

Ok, everyone is making me feel like a complete sloth. My goal is to wash the dishes and keep up with laundry and make sure everyone gets fed. Any other sort of housecleaning is incidental (bathrooms, floors) and any projects? Forget it! I'm way too tired to get anything done in the evening. I do have 4 1/2 days off work before Nov 2 when DD will be at the grandparents and I'm hoping to get something done - maybe just a good tidying?

I just found out I have tomorrow off with DH (WOOHOO!) so we are going to be getting alot done, I hope. His plan was to paint our new shed but I am secretly hoping it rains so he will stay in and help me! I am so bad. At the very least I will get my bureau emptied out and swapped with the one in the baby's room. But I ain't dragging it! He can do it. That is why i got married.

Oh, I wish you could! I would so love to have some help on all this trim! I know I will get it all done... "hormonally driven" as someone else said... but it seems like an impossible task right now!

Luckily baseboard and chair molding can be painted while sitting on the floor. Only have to stand up/use stepladders for the windows and doors!
