You'd think infection right? But I don't feel sick, and my perineum is not painful or itchy. Maybe the smell is just the suture breaking down? I won't be able to see a HCP until tomorrow. I think it's Vicryl, and yes at least one stitch is still in place, I checked with a mirror. I tried to pull it out, but it wasn't ready.
