I have read that Blue green algae helps depression and I also read on these boards of at least 1-2 poeple who had experience with it. Can anyone comment on there expereince? Blue Green Algae is considered a whole food, so there is no danger of overdose on vitamins, your body justs gets rid of the excess. Blue Green Algae contains all of the 8 essential amino acids. And Amino acids are great for depression. I read of a women who took 2 tsp of Blue green algae a day during her pregnancy. It seems to support energy, mood, well being, and excellent nutrition during the pregnancy/postpartum times. It would be better to start taking it well before pregnancy occurs, so any initial cleansing effects at the beginning would be over before the pregnancy.
