WA HBAC, OR MW, billing DSHS med coupon ??

This is x posted in the WA tribal area all ready but was hoping someone here would know anything.


I know there is someone here who lived in WA and had an OR MW that billed for their HBAC and it was covered. I spoke (well PM'd) with you about 1 1/2 years ago. Are you on here? Or anyone else had any luck with this? Even just getting DSHS to pay for the prenatal and pp?

OR MW's do you bill WA med coupons, how?

As far as I know, a licensed midwife in WA is under different regulations and restrictions than an Oregon Licensed Midwife. I find it hard to believe that an Oregon LM could bill WA medicaid - unless somehow it slipped through the cracks.
