First Baby Dream

Well I'm just 7 weeks and I've had my first dream about labor and the baby. Last time I didn't have any, this pregnancy is already SOOOO different. Anyhow, in the dream I had the baby in the hospital. : I'm trying to tell myself it doesn't mean anything, my mind is just pulling from the only experience it has to pull from. Heck, I guess it could have been dd and not the new baby. Who knows. It was very short and weird.

Baby was all wrapped up with the pink and blue cap on so I have no idea about gender either.

OK now tell me it doesn't mean anything and I'm going to have a GREAT homebirth!!!

Nope, doesn't mean anything...

and you will have a GREAT homebirth I had a few birth dreams while TTC baby #4. In one of them I gave birth in a hospital, another I gave birth on one of those metal tables that you put your dog or cat on at the vets office I just had my 2nd awesome homebirth 3 months ago

I've always had rich baby dreams while pg too. This go around I haven't had one. ZIP. Nothin.... I'm almost 16 weeks now, and I HATE that I don't feel any dream connection yet... I've even felt the flutters, but it's like the baby won't SAY anything...lol
I love the dreams... enjoy yours!!!
The hospital dream just might be revealing a fear or two... no worries... I always laugh when the inevitable "litter of puppies" dream comes...lol... I'm pretty sure I will NEVER give birth to puppies!

Don't worry about it. I have all kinds of labor dreams (even when I'm not pregnant) but I don't think one of them was anything like my actual labor. You'd think with that many dreams I'd get one right just by chance, but no... though I wouldn't mind my next labor going like the dream where the baby just slipped out, with no pain or anything, in about ten seconds.
