I'll come back and post my birth story here tomorrow. We are really exhausted. I got a 24 hour intense stomach flu on Sunday and was in triage for dehydration Sunday night, went home was sick some more and my water broke on Monday morning. So I went into the hospital. I had a long miserable labor due to a posterior cervix. The CNM felt I wouldn't have been in labor for a few more days (even though I was a week overdue) if it wasn't for the flu. But I got a beautiful baby boy out of the deal! Baby Matthew was born September 10 at 11:29 pm.
