Fleece liners - what kind of fleece??

Okay, I'm new to the CD scene. I just tried a set of fleece/terry cloth doublers I bought online with my son, and I LOVE the results!! His rash actually seems to be clearing up since he's not sitting with urine against his skin.

I want to make millions of fleece liners to keep his skin dry (okay, maybe not millions ). It seems there's all kinds of fleece, according to JoAnn Fabrics. So, what kind of fleece do I need to make stay-dry liners that will allow the urine to soak into the diaper while keeping him dry?

Where do I get such a fleece - do I have to special order somewhere??

Please help - I'm desperate to see my son comfy-cozy in cloth, and this seems to be it.

You might be able to get it at Joann's. I got some at walmart. You're basically looking for microfleece (aka thin fleece). I forget the weight off hand, but if you put your face up to it and blow on it, and can feel the air coming through on the other side, it should work for inners/doublers.

I made all of my son's diapers with fleece from Joanns. I try to get anti-pill, but mostly I just got what was on sale in cute prints (even though it is the part that faces the skin). Anyway, he hasn't had a rash since he's been born--it's wonderful.

Thank you so much, everyone!! I truly appreciate the input. I'm going to check these leads out and see what I can get. He's really sensitive to urine in the space above his penis and below his belly. Yesterday I had him in the fleece liners, and voila! Today his skin looks so much clearer. I wish I had discovered this sooner and prevented him some discomfort. I'm just glad I've found it now!! Thank you so much!!
