Freezer Inventory Form

HELP. I printed teh form from organized home about 2 weeks ago, and I wanted another one and it's gone

Does anyone have the file saved? Does anyone have another form? I know I could make something simmilar, but I liked that form and I already wrote all over teh only copy I have

I don't use a form. I write my inventory directly on the freezer with dry erase marker. I keep the marker and an eraser on top of the freezer and add or erase to the inventory as I put items in or take them out of the freezer. Since my freezer lives in the garage, it doesn't matter what it looks like. I've just found this more convenient than trying to keep up with a paper inventory.

Thanks. I like teh dry erase idea, but my freezer is curved and my handwriting terrible
