I'm hopeful! UPDATE (BIG BOY)

I am thinking today might be the day. I am 4 days past my due date and anxiously awaiting!

This morning I lost my plug. I was already in active labor when I lost it last time, I had no idea there was SO much (sorry TMI). I'm been having some painful contractions all morning. I haven't bothered to time them yet. But again, I am hopeful.

It is such a beautiful day out today- and I DO like even numbers (sometimes I can't believe my husband puts up with such a crazy lady). It would be good day to have a baby.

I will write more later, but I wanted to share our good news! I had a wonderful home birth yesterday, only 3-31/2 hours of active labor including 15 minutes of pushing my VERY big BOY (9lbs 4 oz) out into the world. He is gorgeous! Birth story to come. Our goal is to figure out a name some time today and when I send off the name I will also send off pictures.

oh yeah! Aw yeah he is good sized!!

My smallest boy was 9.7 so I can relate

Thanks for all the well wishes mommas. Yesterday I had quite a bit of bleeding, so I am stuck in bed or on the couch for the next day or so. He is nursing like a champ, and I'm hoping that very soon my husband and I can have a chat and decide on a name:-)
