What are your thoughts on high-risk births? Do you have any beliefs on causes and treatment? When do you risk someone out for preeclampsia?
I come from a homebirth background and I am working towards a nurse-midwifery degree (eventually) and plan to start my own practice someday. But, right now I just completed my BSN and started working on a L&D floor of a very interventive hospital. I guess I wanted to learn the other side of birth. Anyway (
) there are tons I have to say about that.... But, I have had 2 women on Mag so far and it is a scarey trip to say the least.... I can't wait to get out of the high-risk end of things. Thank God there are people who like working with that because I feel like just running the other way...
