IUD removed!!

i got my IUD removed yesterday!!!!! i'm so excited although i'm still nursing our 9 month old baby sometimes several times a night so i do realize this could mess with my return of AF but we are just taking it slow for now anyway and not trying to get too anxious

we are really excited to homebirth this next time around I CANT WAIT!!!! i've found a midwife and she is as sweet as can be and is totally on board with everything we want!

the nurse at the ob office yesterday said "you must wean AS SOON AS you find out your pregnant because you just can't nourish the 3 of you" i just said "ok" and was thankful that will be my last visit to that place :

amazing what "educated people" will say to you... when my gen. practitioner removed my IUD one year ago, he said to me:
"You are nuts, I wouldn't do it in a million years" (about wanting to get pg. at 40)
^^^ thanks for the support and encouragement there doc... you just lost yourself a customer... for me AND my entire family.

Btw, I got pregnant a week after removing my IUD (I did it myself). Pregnancy vibes to you!

Congratulations!

After we found out my second was a girl the OB said, "A boy and a girl, now you're all done!" I said, "Well, we might have a third" and she said, "Hmmmm. . . we'll see" as if she gets a vote! My DH is a physician. So when we decided to start TTC #3 I just had him pull it out in his office one night after hours. I didn't feel like dealing with her negativity about my reproductive choices. And no, she most likely won't be delivering the next one when I DO get pg.

I had my IUD for 7 months. It was causing me pain during sex so I went in the very next day and had it taken out. I got on the pill that day and didn't dtd for a whole month to make sure we were "protected"

Guess what?!? I was pg already. I never got af after finishing my active pills!!!

The only day I could have conceived was the day I got the IUD out. Those superman sperm were there waiting!!! Even funnier was that I had just gotten off my period so for me to be ovulating 3 days after af left was just a miracle!!!

Baby #4 was really MEANT to be!!
