How can I make them stronger? They have been 15 minutes apart all day and strong enough to make me uncomfortable - not hurt though. They are closer when I'm walking. What can I do??

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

You also might want to consider resting! Get it while you can b/c your body will let you know when you can't anymore! I had contractions for about 20 hours and this afternoon they just stopped. Have faith that your baby and body are doing things the way you need! Good Luck mama. Sending awesome labor vibes your way!

: Also when you get back up try drinking some Red Raspberry Leaf tea if you have any, and trying some nipple stimulation if you want. Then maybe a short walk?? Good luck and I hope labor kicks in and you don't need my suggestions. Sending you easy labor vibes!

Let your body do it's thing. You are just warming up. Rest, rest, rest and eat well. Relax and they will get stronger. They could even stop and start again

Resting is good. My 1st labor started w/ PROM and contractions 15-20 minutes apart all day. I tried everything to get them going. They finally picked up around 11 pm and I was in labor all night on almost no sleep. What I should have done was taken it easy and let my body do things in its own way.

Have a glass of wine, take a bath and rest. Oh, and make sure you are hydrated. No sense in pushing something that isn't coming on it's own. Ignore labor for as long as you can.

All my labors go on forever like that. Resting is the best advice, cause trying to push them never works and just gets you tired and frustrated. (Doesn't mean I still don't get tempted and try little stuff even though I know it won't work...)

don't get too anxious! This is the way you want it to go, believe me!! Your body is doing good work while allowing you to sleep and go about your business!! My second was 14 days late, and I started contracting at 36 weeks. Talk about torture!! I was so sure he was coming early, so imagine how frustrated I was that he was so very late!! I was dialated to 3 for weeks. But by the time I had contractions strong enough to consider labor, my body had already done the prep work, and he was born 3 hours later!! So much better than my first, which had been a 45 hr endevour. I wasn't dialated at all when I started and it took two exhausting days of active labour to get it done. Of the two, contracting lightly for ages is way better!!!
