Is This Just Wrong? - Page 2

We did the same as some of the previous posters: dd2 got some "special" underwear to celebrate, and the rest were dd1's hand-me-downs. Now that she's dry all the time with only occasional accidents she's got a lot more new stuff, but she still seems to end up wearing dd1's old underwear.

oops I have to admit : my two girls (1 and a half years apart, but dd2 is very tall, so she is only a few centimeters shorter than dd1) actually wear underwear that is common to the two of them : I would find keeping track of two different sets very time consuming.... this is true of outfits as well, but for outfits they develop preferences so that's easier to remember...

*phew* Glad I'm not the only one...
Never made the underwear/diapers connection though for some reason. Of course they've worn the same diapers. As someone else posted, I guess becuase I would never, ever wear some one else's underwear I feel weird having my son in his brother's underwear. But if dosen't care, why should I?

I agree it's not wrong for yds to wear the hand me downs underwear.

But No... I personally would not allow my DS to wear hand-me down underwear (unless under certain circumstances). And I will not get into a debate about "Why"

My SIL gave me a bag of full of my nephew's old underwear... and they were in good shape.

I took them from her graciously, said "Thank You" with mental plans to take them to the Goodwill.

DS and I made it a fun day of shopping for his new "big boy" underwear with his favorite characters.
