Help me with this web work stuff

Okay, so I'm going to register a domain but just use it as a fs page for my crafts and gently used clothes and such.

How can I do this without knowing html or having dreamweaver or the like???

What is an fs page?

Often the place you register and/or host the site will have software that will allow you to do simple stuff. Or you could use MS Word to create your pages and then save them as .html and load them up.
