Totally OT- Bread recipes?

Autumn is in the air and I'm craving some yummy homemade bread.
I have a bread machine and used it a few times last year, but nothing "wowed" us too much.

Any good bread machine recipes? I'm up for anything from sweet cinnamony goodness to something hearty to go with soup.

nuts, that reminds me... I need to order that vital little paddle part for mine! I swear my brother accidentally took it to Norway with him

The only things I've used the machine for (and haven't used it at all in over two years due to a missing part) were boxed mixes. The Hawaiian bread mix was superb. Everythign else I've just done in the oven.

At recipezaar.com, I'm forever seeing bread recipes for bread machines and you can check out the ratings and reviews for the recipes. A bread machine is on my Christmas wish list. I want one quite badly!
