Do this w/ your belly cast, before you babe is too big

I tried doing this, and my babe is too big, or actually I couldn't figure out how to fit him...

I took my belly cast and turned it upside down, I put a blanket in the hollowed out pg belly, and put my babe in it. I tried laying him in there, in the position he was in the womb, but he wouldn't fit..

(don't give me credit, there was a picture of this in my kit )

just wanted to share

I wanted to do this with my first and by the time I remembered she was 6 months old........

I am gonna try it tonight...the cast is up in the closet....I am not thrilled with how it came out since I wanted my hands in it and they are hard to do to get to look right and not huge.....We were going to do another just plain ol belly and boobs but I went into labor....

Maybe if she is sleeping soundly she'll let me "fold" her up.. and put her in.....

If she doesn't fit (since I was smaller and carried so low) I am gonna stamp her feet near my right upper ribs (where they would be in the cast).....I never got around to doing that with the first either......

Sigh

hmmm....she's sleeping now so i may go try.......gotta get dd1 occupied first so she doesn't try to get in it herself...eeek.....

a toad jumped in her kiddie pool (sans water) and is hoppin around bc he can't get out....so i'm just gonna let her outside to watch him.....trying to find a way to explain that she can't keep him.....
