Help! Looking for inclusion play info.

I read an article, but I don't know where, about a school that had gotten rid of bullying and many social problems by only having one big rule on the play ground, and that was that no matter what if a child wanted to play, any kid they ask had to include them in their play. The kids couldn't say "You can't play with us." They had to find a way to fit them in. Has anyone read this? I need some help finding it. It was a great article, I just can't remember where I saw it...

Thanks!

Maybe if you google "you can't say, you can't play" the article will surface?

Good Luck!

It's from a book by Vivien Paley and is called "You Can't Say You Can't Play."

I just wanted to add that this is a rule we instituted in our homeschooling playgroups. Plain and simple, there is no telling someone they can't play. Thanks for the article, I am going to look it up!
