Two totally unrelated questions: Good cheap coffee, and flannel sheets? - Page 3

Ah, I love El Pico. Heh, heh. If you have an Acme near you, they have a store brand called "Essensia" that's pretty decent. Back when I was shopping there, I remember that they had really good sales on them about once a month where you could get something like four bags for $12.

My husband likes the French Vanilla. I am not a coffee drinker, but he loves. He can't stand Starbucks. Says thats is nasty and bitter.

Aldi coffee and LL Bean Flannel sheets....

those are my prefferences1 The aldi coffee is good and it is cheap if you get it int he big 37 oz (?) can.

for the dsheets, I spring for GOOD LL Bean, or leands end sheets. I will ask for them for my christmas or B-day present if I cant afford them. i LOVE good sheets. I have tried many other cheap sheets from Wal-mart, K-Mart, Sears and Marshalls and no thanks... I will take the Ll Bean ones any day- years later they are still soft and lovely.... I did get some nice one for my son from Cpmpany store... those are cool too, but cost a bit more.

I got our flannel sheets from BJs or Costco. They are okay. I got flannel sheets for the 2 guest beds from Home Goods and they are fabulous. They are much softer and fluffier after washing. My Mum and Grandmother had never slept on flannel before (not a big thing in our area of the UK I guess) and raved about them.

My H drinks instant coffee from BJs, and we have one bag of fancy stuff in the fridge for guests...

Try Amazon for the sheets. I got some twin flannels last year for less than $10. Just read the reviews to make sure they're not going to fall apart of pill up immediately.
