weirdly, i was better about this in my second tri than i have been in my third. although i was best about it BEFORE i got pregnant. i drank 2 cups a night all winter to keep my cycles regular since i had some erratic ones after a kidney infection. (i'm pretty sure that is how i got pregnant so easily even though we weren't officially ttc yet. )

i have been having a lot of b-h contrax so i'm sort of scared to go back to it. at the same time, i didn't have any when i was drinking it more regularly so maybe i'm like melissa.

If there is, let me know! I'll definitely pay for that one when I'm postpartum!!!

I'm going to go brew some right now for iced tea.

As far as hot tea, I like mine with milk or cream, but I read recently (wish I could remember where!) that if you add dairy to your tea that it negates any of the nutritive properties such as antioxidant benefits. Wonder if it would negate the benefits of the RRL, like the ability to tone your uterus? (Just kinda thinking out loud.....)

I love love love milk (soy/almond/whatever) and sugar in my teas, but only the black varieties. Not herbal, so I guess I luck out there. Just a splash of sugar is all I need with the RRL and I may even try to skip that today just because of what I just ate for breakfast

Ok a question: If it is the RRL tea that is fact giving me increased BH's contrax's then is it ok to feel a mild to medium burning sensation in my belly? It is not over the c-section scar it is a couple of inches higher than that. Its kind of disconcerting.
