i can't stop peeing in my pants. when i sneeze its just awful. and w/ allergies going wild i'm sneezing a lot... yeah yeah MW says do kegals...that my pelvic bottom or whatever its called is weak or sagging or whatever...but jeesh i'm 37 yo and i don't feel like doing kegals. sigh pelvic floor. that is what its called... sigh.

This will be my fifth vaginal birth.

I kegel religiously.

And wear pads daily.
