My SON IS HERE!!!!!!

I am very late in posting, haven't been on in so long and have so much to get caught up on but, I wanted to share...

David Isaac was born 9-23 after FIFTEEN INTENSE hours of labor (I was at 9.5 cm for over 5 hours...) AT HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!

The homebirth was the most amazing experience of my life (and my husband's). I can't wait to write the story and more details.

We are doing well. I'm REALLY struggling with postpartum swings and some fear, but confident everything will balance out fine. (Random fear about David not eating enough, something being wrong, intense need for DH).

He is gorgeous. I will post pictures soon. I have to upload them to photo bucket.

I wanted to also thank all of you ladies for all the support these past ten months!! I feel blessed to have found this community of support and am constantly encouraged by so many of you and your stories. Thanks Mamas!!!

CONGRATULATIONS!! You are a mama that has been on my mind and I'm so glad to know your babe is finally in your arms. It's sounds like the birth was a truly amazing experience!

I've been waiting to hear of your announcement.. I'm happy you had an amazing homebirth, despite the length.. Your post gave me the biggest smile.

I'm thrilled to see one of my gals joining me on the other side... Can't wait to hear about the birth and to see some pictures..

Hooray! Congratulations! Enjoy your babymoon! I have been struggling with a lot of fears as well. The pp hormones are so intense.
