My midwives have given me all the tricks about identifying the muscles that allow you to stop your pee mid-stream(which I CAN do), and using fingers to check in the bath, etc, etc...but honestly, it seems that those muscles just do not respond to my will!
Anybody else have this trouble? Any tips?
Thanks for letting me vent!

I'm going to try to explain this as PC as possible to avoid getting this thread pulled but this is what worked for me. While dtd I had dh pull out a bit and I tried as hard as I could to stop him from pulling out using that muscle. It gets easier with more practice and it is MUCH easier for me to do them while dtd then it is for me to do them alone. I can't hold the muscle for longer than a half second when I try to do them alone

, though I haven't tried much.
I'm going to start doing mine though

Good thread.
